Take the steps to understand what dimensions of diversity exist within each team member and explore how to better tap into that diversity in your discussions and decisions.  As you design your team tapestry, it should include and highlight the unique characteristics of each team member. Be intentional to ensure each member feels more included and authentically believes they belong as a team member.
