EQi-2.0 Assessment:

Assesses the emotional intelligence (EQ) of individual contributors, leaders, or groups. It can also be used as a 360. Identify areas for development to enhance your emotional intelligence and lead with greater empathy.

Team Diagnostic Assessment:

Assesses team positivity and productivity. Shows the perception gap between leaders and their team in specific areas of team dynamics. The assessment can be applied again at the end of the team coaching journey to assess the change that was created. A 360-degree version is also available.

C-IQ Catalyst Tool:

Unlocks the patterns of conversation and provides a cultural fingerprint of how people at work engage with one another. Understand how conversational patterns affect one’s ability to influence healthy conversations. Identify areas for communicating differently to be more collaborative.
