Developing Leaders
Building crucial capabilities and behaviors
To drive performance, leaders need to develop their people and improve their team dynamics.
Leaders need the skills to coach, communicate, connect, and care for their team members effectively. Some behaviors may need to be shifted to be more inclusive and empathetic. We’re here to help leaders become more competent and confident in these areas. To support leaders’ diverse learning styles, Remix offers a portfolio of development opportunities.
Through personal or group coaching, leaders will prioritize aspects of their leadership they want to develop for a stronger impact. During the coaching partnership, they will identify their current position on crucial topics, their desired future state, and the steps they will take to achieve it. They will receive relevant resources to support their development journey.
Coaching
To identify their current position and track the changes they have made, relevant assessments will be used. The online assessment will be followed by a debrief session to review the results together and create a targeted action plan. It can be incorporated into their coaching or the relevant Bootcamp.
Remix uses assessments focused on:
Emotional intelligence
Conversational intelligence
Assessments
Theories and models alone don’t build capabilities or shift behaviors. Leaders need to practice, practice, practice. Remix bootcamps are designed to maximize the time for leaders to practice and learn from one another. They are co-designed with you to ensure alignment with your strategy. Topics include:
Coaching
Feedback and tough talks
Inclusive leadership
Leading across cultures
Leading with empathy
Bootcamps
For leaders who prefer to learn at their own pace, the Remix Lab offers the opportunity to learn, reflect, and develop an action plan. The online experiences provide videos and resources to help leaders apply their learning in their daily leadership practice. These experiences can be incorporated into a hybrid journey that includes 1:1 coaching and facilitated sessions.
