Select a group of leaders in your organization to take the online EQi-2.0 assessment. They will join a session together to review their results and develop their individual action plans to develop their emotional intelligence and lead with more empathy.

Assess & Debrief - Team

Your team will take the EQi-2.0 assessment online. During your team workshop, each team member will review their personal results. Action plans will be created for each individual, as well as for your team, based on your team profile.
