While working at Nike, I developed I&D strategies at a global, regional, and local levels. These strategies were developed based on the business objectives and how our work could best support achieving the desired business results. Our initiatives were targeted and customized to best meet the needs of our different offices around the globe. When I joined Zalando, I partnered with our Management Board to develop their first I&D strategy. I outlined the essential fundamentals as we started their I&D journey to shape how we would communicate and raise awareness of this work and the core areas we would be focusing on.
Since starting Remix Coaching in 2018, I have advised numerous clients on their I&D strategies while designing experiences and resources to build the needed capabilities and shift behaviors to drive the desired change in their culture and employee experience.
